Player Development Management
Our role as Player Development Advisors is to support the player’s future through evaluation, communication, and instruction. After analyzing players in competition and training, our Advisor targets which areas need improving and through one on one sessions we strengthen those areas continually building the complete PADEL player.
Our padel programs include training with TOP of the world coaches in some of the most prestigious PADEL academies in Spain. We also make sure to go along with players to make them participate in tournaments and games against TOP seed players.
Our career management services support and advise players and families on a personal and professional aspects to become a padel pro. In good as in bad times we help them to get the maximum out of their careers by taking the right decisions at the right time.

PADEL has been part of my life since 1989 when I discovered this beautiful sport living in my home country: Argentina. In 1991, with just 13 years, I became a padel trainer and soon I was in the top 10 in the national youth ranking. I had the chance to compete with some of the greatest players in history still playing in the World Padel Tour.
After playing several years at the TOP level in Argentina in the 90s I had the chance to finish my studies in the United States where I graduated in College in Communications in Sports. Later on I completed my masters in Sports Marketing and Sports Management. That allowed me to work in the sports industry for several years and I was part of several projects related to Player and Club Management in the football (soccer) industry.
Because of my love for PADEL and my intentions to return to the industry, I moved to Spain in 2020 to start working again in this beautiful racquet sport. In the last 2 years, I have worked for several of the most important clubs, online stores, brands, and padel developments that gave me the experience and knowledge to be ready to help companies grow in this world.
I have been working with several companies and players from Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Qatar, Japan, and the United States. The world of padel is growing every day and the need for professionals to act as connector and advisors for the different industry protagonists in different countries is great.
My passion for sports and especially for padel, my experience as a sports businessman, the fact that I am bilingual, and my expertise as a communication professional made me a perfect asset for a company who wants to extend their business and find the right path to enter new markets.
